Fantastic Beachfront Hotel

I appreciated the clean room. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Breakfast had many options. The rooftop pool has a bar and many seating areas. The hotel is across the street from the beach. It is easy to walk around the area with many shops.
The bed was hard.

The breakfast offered many delicious options. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fruits. The massage was amazing. It was a very relaxing experience. I would consider having another massage here.
The customer service was inconsistent regarding airport transfers. I was informed of limited availability only after paying for the room. I found the pool area to be small. The design seemed poorly executed. I would have liked a larger pool area.

the check-in was very efficient and smooth upon arrival. my room was very clean. the rooftop pool was great and its opening hours were long. the hotel helped move my luggage to the new room when i extended my stay because i was unwell.
the noise from nearby karaoke bars was audible each morning around 2am.

The breakfast had a large variety. Traditional Vietnamese food was available. The beach location was great, waves were nice.
I heard noise during the night and traffic noise too. The bathtub was not intuitive. The whole bathroom floor got wet when I showered.
